Greetings from the Greater Union County Chapter of Jack and Jill of America Incorporated!
It is my honor to serve as the 2026-2028 President of this distinguished chapter during a remarkable moment in our history. This year, we proudly celebrate 40 years of leadership, service, and community impact — four decades of mothers Growing stronger, Uniting families, Creating future leaders and Caring for our community through the power of Jack and Jill.
Since 1986, the Greater Union County Chapter ("GUCC") has stood as a pillar of excellence within both the community and our beloved organization. Our legacy is built on the vision of mothers who believed deeply in creating opportunities for African American children to thrive, lead, and shine. Their commitment laid the foundation for the vibrant, dynamic chapter we are today.
As we enter this next administration, our chapter theme, Rising Together, Shining Together, reflects the spirit that has carried us through 40 years and will guide us into the future. It is a call to unity, collaboration, and collective purpose. It reminds us that our impact is multiplied when we work together, support one another, and uplift every child and every family in our community. Our impact will be focused on
-
Cultivating Leaders — empowering our children with experiences that build confidence, character, and excellence.
-
Strengthening Bonds — deepening the connections that make GUCC a true community and a second home.
-
Elevating Our Legacy — honoring our past while boldly shaping the next chapter of our story.
-
These focus areas ensure the Greater Union County Chapter continues to shine as a model of distinction within the Eastern Region of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. As we celebrate four decades of impact, we do so with gratitude for our founders, pride in the families standing with us today, and excitement for generations to come.
