FATHER'S AUXILLARY
Within Jack and Jill of America, Inc., we deeply value the role that mothers play as members. However, we recognize and actively encourage the essential contributions of fathers in advancing our mission. We understand that their involvement is integral to our efforts in providing enriching programs that foster the growth and development of our children, as well as all children in our community.
To underscore the significance of fathers within our organization, we have established the Father's Auxiliary, a distinct and pivotal committee. In fact, it is one of only three designated standing committees in our organization, underscoring our firm commitment to involving fathers at every level to support and collaborate with mothers in our shared pursuit of our mission.
